We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Very toddler friendly and the fenced in yard and driveway entry was ideal! Thanks Carrie!
We stayed from March 29-April 2, 2026 and would definitely return! It was perfect for us. We had two adults and two 11-year-olds. The sleeping accommodations were so comfortable! The shower was great and the location was great for the sights we went to. There were dining recommendations that we enjoyed. Checking in and out was easy. It was very comfortable. We all enjoyed it. Highly recommended!
Our stay was ok. It would probably work great if only staying 1-2 nights and weren't spending much time in the house and not cooking in the kitchen. The dining chairs are too high and don't fit under the table making them unusable as an adult. There is no chair for the desk that is designated workspace. The outdoor games provided in the shed were a few tangled and broken games. Very few boardgames or kid books. While the house was clean and essentials were clean (bathroom, kitchen, towels, bed linens), the rugs are stained from use and there were stains on the couch and the couch pillows. They were dirtier looking then what I have in my house with dogs and kids. Host instructions were clear. Carrie was usually quick to respond if we had a question. There was one instance where she didn't get back to me when I asked about something. Not our favorite Airbnb but it worked well enough for our family and dogs. Better than a cramped hotel room but could use some attention to make it shine.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Chattanooga! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-thought-out. The location is unbeatable—just a short drive to downtown, the Tennessee Aquarium, Walnut Street Bridge, and Coolidge Park, yet quiet enough to relax after a day of exploring. We loved being so close to the riverfront trails and the North Shore/North Chattanooga vibe—perfect for morning walks or grabbing coffee at local spots. The space itself was spotless and beautifully decorated with a nice mix of modern comforts and cozy Southern charm. The bed was super comfortable (we slept like babies!), the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals, and the little extras—like fresh coffee/tea setup, local guidebook recommendations, and even some Chattanooga-themed touches—made it feel special. Communication with the host was excellent: quick responses, clear check-in instructions, and genuinely helpful tips about Ruby Falls, Rock Cit
This house was located very close to everything we wanted to do! The check-in and out directions were very clear and concise. The beds were comfortable and our kids slept great. The kids really enjoyed the large backyard space to run around in. My only downside was the lawn toys in the shed mentioned in the listing are in a very poor state of disrepair, however I don’t fault the host for this one bit! Overall very well worth the money would stay here again
Excellent stay in Chattanooga! I visited with my husband, our grown daughter (who works in Knoxville), and our pets. The home was perfect for all of us. Clean, comfortable, pet-friendly, and in a great location. Everything was better than described, had so many amenities, and we felt right at home. Would absolutely stay again.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Yellow Door Vacation Rentals will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Yellow Door Vacation Rentals will match it.
